Notable Moments[]

  • Let's Play SNAKE OIL II was the first great Rosie episode - this is the invention of 'tummy sword'. When the rest of the cast are physically cringing at something you say and you feel you need to apologise for yourself at the top of the next episode, you know you've done a great thing.
  • In Let's Play COCKROACH POKER Rosie created her own rules, largely designed to get someone to buy her lunch. There were pigs involved but the new rules were neither clear nor consistent.
  • Let's Play CHAMPION OF THE WILD is the episode in which Rosie believed sharks to be mammals, then got very cross with Laurie and blamed him entirely. She was quite cross for a lot of the time in this one, and a cross Rosie is a wonderful thing.
  • In Let's Play NIGHT OF THE NINJA Rosie attempted to be a ninja, despite following very little of the game and constantly forgetting which house she was in.
  • In Let's Play MYSTERIUM Rosie still somehow blamed Laurie for, well, everything. We also learned that we can inspire and motivate her by shouting incoherently at her. It's possibly a hangover from drama school.
  • In Let's Play KING OF TOKYO, Rosie decided to try to raise the tone. It didn't go well and the cast quite rightly accused her of a teensy touch of hypocrisy.
  • Let's Play FIASCO (Part 1) (1&2) was a joy for Rosie - free form RPG and every turn it Just Got Madder. This couple of episodes was the springboard for Rosie's inclusion in City British Wrestling, too.
  • Let's Play SECRET IDENTITY was marked with repeated celebrations for Rosie's joining the episode. OK, Carley may be over from the US, but Rosie had to get the train, guys! In this episode we also learn that Rosie believed (for far too long) that thunder was the sound of clouds clashing together.
  • Rosie played the long-armed, sexually voracious producer in Let's Play HOLLYWOOD 1947 - equal parts disturbing and unnerving (and hysterical, obviously).
  • Let's Play DIAMANT was all manner of rude. Putting Rosie and Dom together in a BGC episode always has interesting consequences.
  • In Let's Play ONE NIGHT ULTIMATE WEREWOLF Rosie cleverly demonstrated how handshakes don't make noise - by clapping audibly.
