The No Rolls Barred Wiki, located at no-rolls-barred.fandom.com, is a wiki all about the YouTube channel No Rolls Barred, written by its nerbs and founded on 23 October, 2021. Its main goal is to provide information and catalogue the content of this channel, and to have fun doing it. Through the efforts of many users since then, the wiki has reached a size of 1,206 articles.
History[]
The Wiki was first created by Yamilobster97 on 23 October, 2021, over a year after the channel itself launched. They created several pages about various board games played on the channel, but unfortunately abandoned it relatively quickly.
The Wiki lay dormant until May of 2022, when Jamjam77 began editing the Wiki to build up its infrastructure, though began to slow down after a few months when the City British Wiki began to take up their attention. However, Tessothemorning joined in on February the next year to properly fill in every video article, and both users encouraged each other to edit more, with help from the NRB Patreon Discord and nerbs alike. The Wiki generally caught up with No Rolls Barred's content schedule in around March of 2023.
The No Rolls Barred Wiki now[]
The Wiki is now a big part of the NRB fan ecosystem, helping nerbs to find out about the cast, find images for memes, and find that one joke they remember from that one episode. References to the Wiki in NRB content[]
- In Let's Play NO THANKS, there was an extended bit of nonsense where the cast decided that 'Sullivan' was not a name, but a title, describing the person who was most worthy of bullying in the group. Sullivan himself was renamed Bad Boy Bastard Beau Brown. Tom said that this was so important a decision that it should become canon and urged whoever was updating the wiki to enshrine it (33:46). Note that the wiki didn't actually exist at this point.
- During Let's Play TELESTRATIONS III, the cast had our first recorded 'triple pigger' (essentially just 3 clues including pigs in the same round, but it sounds mysterious). Jon requested the keepers of NRB lore to record it. Tom said "Update the wiki guys, come on". Adam said "the piggy, surely?" Note that the wiki still had not actually been created yet. (18:57)
- During Tom's episode of Are You Evil?!, he said that the quote used in the wiki for him (page now retired) was his favourite description of himself.
- In Let's Play CODENAMES II, during the discussion of Sullivan's newly revealed fondness for animals, Tom said "Update the wiki about the horse thing!" (55:31). In the uncut Patreon version, Tom also asked for the wiki to be updated to include a reference to Teri's love for poo jokes and to Sullivan's misremembering of Auld Lang Syne.
