Dom hates Sullivan is a long running gag between Dom and Sully, perpetuated by both.
Dom and Sullivan are actually old friends who were at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School together. Dom introduced Sullivan to Adam, which eventually brought both to No Rolls Barred and they will occasionally reassure the audience that they don't actually hate one another. For the most part, though, Dom will declare his intention to destroy Sully and will often actively work against him in games.
Sightings[]
Very very common, but particularly:
- Let's Play SABOTEUR was Dom's first appearance on Board Game Club, and within 10 minutes of the start, Dom used a sabotage card on Sullivan despite them very evidently being on the same team.
- In Let's Play A FAKE ARTIST GOES TO NEW YORK II Dom continually attacked Sullivan's drawing and accuses him of being the fake, often on very flimsy evidence.
- Let's Play HIT THE SILK Dom discarded the revolver: "I don't intend to shoot my friends and colleagues and Sullivan".
- Let's Play MEAN GIRLS: THE PARTY GAME - Lots of Sullivan-bashing and a suggestion that this may be Dom's main personality trait. It was also suggested that the real reason behind Dom's animosity was him being secretely in love with Sully, which both Sully and Dom denied.
- Sullivan was the one tormenting Dom in A Real Boy - by stealing his vote as the thief.
- In Let's Play SKULL II, Dom gave Sullivan some life advice, chiefly 'quit'.
- In Let's Play THE ESTATES, Adam directly accused Dom of secretly caring about Sullivan's happiness. Obviously Dom denied it.
- In Let's Play 6 NIMMT, Dom came to and all his friends were there - not Sullivan, though.
- At the end of Let's Play AMONG CULTISTS, Dom lost his mind after winning. Sully stated that he'd prefer to lose rather than winning alongside Dom.
- Dom played a convincing Stalin in Monopoly, But COMMUNIST and took special delight in causing Sullivan pain.
